This device can be used for cutting samples using die cutters (e.g., dog-bone samples for tensile tests). The instruction is as below:
1) place a wood piece on the plate (bottom of the die-cutter).
2) place the sample on the wood piece followed by the die-cutter on top of that.
3) place an aluminum or steel plate on top of the die-cutter, and start pressing.
